RUBBER MARKING FOR THE TECHNICAL RUBBER INDUSTRY
In the technical rubber industry, Seri Plastica provides markings for air spring systems, bridge bearings, gloves, packing systems, pipe sealing pads, lifting pads, expansion joints, snow removal strips, and other molded rubber parts. We already offer many of these product labels in series production. Our rubber labels are always adapted to the customer’s requirements and the specific application. The special requirements of the technical rubber industry lie in the fact that we have to adapt to very different types of production with various machines and processes, which generally cannot be changed. Labels are required that not only last a long time, but also allow products to be coded and identified and include the respective brand name.

Even when it comes to the most demanding customer requirements, we are always developing appropriate new solutions with the Gummette®. The Gummette® has very good release and vulcanization properties and achieves optimal ink transfer (single or multicolor).

Whenever technical products made of rubber have to be marked in a particularly durable and long-lasting way, we use the Rubberette®. This forms a unit with the rubber substrate during vulcanization and fuses with it. This produces a particularly well-matched and resilient marking result. We offer the Rubberette® in a number of variants, which can be adapted precisely to the material of the rubber product to be marked.

Barcodes, QR codes and numbers can be used as markings to individualize a product in the technical rubber industry. This makes it traceable, and additional information can be provided. The ID Coded Rubberette® is the appropriate label for rubber products such as air spring systems, bridge bearings, gloves, packing systems, pipe sealing bags, lifting pads, expansion joints, snow removal strips, and other molded rubber parts. The rubber marking is permanently applied by vulcanization and remains intact in the long term.

The Mepolette® is a special marking for technical rubber products that have already been vulcanized. The rubber adhesive on the back of the Mepolette® makes transfer to the product very easy. The Mepolette® is applied like a sticker and can be fixed to all common types of rubber: With this rubber marking, an individual product design can be created easily without any tools at all.
