RUBBER MARKING FOR PATCHES
Seri Plastica also provides tire repair material manufacturers with markings that are applied during vulcanization. In particular, this segment requires labeling and marking for tire patches. We produce markings for tire patches according to customer requirements, which are adapted to the specific application. The special requirements in this area tend to be that the label must be single or multicolored and must carry a serial number. We offer the option of raster format printing for sheet vulcanization, or we manufacture individual items to be placed on the specific patch. Continuous printing (scatter printing) on a roll up to 1500 mm is also possible.
GUMMETTES® FOR PATCHES
The Gummette® is a byword for durable and robust marking of patches and is applied during the vulcanization process. Our range of Gummettes® is extensive and continues to grow because the flexible Gummette® can be adapted to more and more areas. Even for the most difficult challenges in printing on tire repair materials, we can develop suitable solutions with the Gummette®. This label for rubber patches has very good release and vulcanization properties and offers optimal ink transfer.

Tire patches can be customized with bar codes and numbering, which means that they are traceable. Additional information is applied to the rubber products in this way. The ID Coded Rubberette® is our application for this. The rubber label is vulcanized in and remains intact over the long term.
