RUBBER MARKING FOR MATS
Seri Plastica also provides rubber mat manufacturers with markings that can be applied during vulcanization. In particular, this segment focuses on labeling and marking mats suitable for industrial applications, truck dirt-trapping mats, ESD protective mats, floor mats and washing mats. Here the challenge is to ensure that the label is washable, durable, smudge and abrasion-resistant. In most cases, we develop solutions for marking mats in consultation with the manufacturer. We produce markings for mats according to customer requirements and specially adapted to the specific application.
GUMMETTES® FOR MATS
The Gummette® is a byword for durable and robust marking of mats and is applied during the vulcanization process. Our range of Gummettes® is extensive and continues to grow as the flexible Gummette® is adapted to more and more areas. Even for the most difficult challenges, we can develop suitable solutions with the Gummette®. This rubber mat marking has very good release and vulcanization properties and offers optimal ink transfer.

As some mats need to be marked in a particularly durable and long-lasting way, we also recommend Rubberettes®. During vulcanization, these form a unit with the rubber substrate, virtually “fusing” with the mat and thus achieving a particularly well-matched and resilient marking result. We offer the Rubberette® in a number of variants, and it can be adapted exactly to the material of the mat to be labeled. Permanently high quality in terms of color, adhesion and performance of our marking is ensured.

Barcodes and numbering systems can be used to customize mats, make them traceable and provide them with additional information. ID Coded Rubberettes® are the perfect application for this.
