RUBBER MARKING FOR DRIVE BELTS
Seri Plastica provides markings for drive belts for the automotive industry. We are one of the market leaders in this segment, and our customers include large corporations, manufacturers, and distributors of power transmission belts. The products not only have to withstand extreme stresses and strains – above all, they must be durable and resistant to aging over the long term. Automotive certification requires a very high quality standard. Other special requirements of the automotive industry are also met by us: Our rubber labels must be available quickly and offer good value for money. In addition, a very small error tolerance is allowed. A security label variant with plagiarism protection integrated into the ink is also available.
GUMMETTES® FOR DRIVE BELTS
The Gummette® is a byword for durable and robust marking of drive belts in the vulcanization process. With the Gummette®, we have developed a solution that offers excellent value for money for even the most demanding customer requirements. The material has excellent release and vulcanization properties, optimal ink transfer (single or multicolor) is achieved, and the ink specifications can be adjusted to the respective rubber compound by means of a proprietary ink production process. We guarantee the best results for our drive belt labels. The Gummette® is processed on sheets or rolls. Since the marking on drive belts has to be particularly durable and long-lasting, Seri Plastica offers the Gummette with customized specifications. The applications can be specified during vulcanization or at a later date, as a retrofitted transfer on drive belts.
