All steps in your own factory: We have production equipment at our disposal for all processing operations required for the production of rubber markings. We process various raw materials and offer a wide range of colors with our own ink production for our identification labels. As a result, we have control over all the parameters.
We can provide all the information you need in relation to products and brands for the design of labels. Clear communication with standard approval documents for each new design is just as much a matter of course for us as comprehensive advice on questions regarding printability, barcode types, fonts, color reproduction and feasibility.
Our product diversity is evident in the high flexibility of our printing. Screen printing, digital printing and combination solutions involving both underpin our work. Even the printing form production process, which uses a state-of-the-art CTS system, is extremely precise, and our printing presses with semi and fully automatic processes provide our customers with the highest quality.
We deliver the rubber label in the right format for your application: individually punched, in sheet form or continuously on a roll. Numerous parameters for further processing can be configured. Various pre-vulcanization options allow us to produce Vulkanettes® with variable rubber layers. These vulcanizable labels with a rubber sheet finish are very high quality and are used in a wide range of applications in many industries.
Every customer requirement is a new challenge, because every solution is individual. The results of vulcanization can vary greatly depending on the machines, temperatures, materials, and vulcanization times used. Working with our customers, we develop tailor-made solutions based on more than 35 years of experience.
New print-on-demand solutions complement conventional rubber marking processes. They combine maximum flexibility with significant time and cost savings. This means: We supply the basic material in the form of rolls or individual labels with basic marking involving the brand and logo; an in-house labeling solution using a thermal printer or laser on the customer’s premises then completes the labels individually with any additional information.
